Sara completed her Masters in contemporary therapeutic psychotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire. She works therapeutically from a Psychodynamic perspective.
Alongside running her own private practice, Sara has also worked for a leading charity organisation, as a psychotherapist and assessor.
Sara is a fully accredited registered member of the BACP and adheres to the BACP Ethical Framework.
Sara is also registered with many of the leading EAPs and health insurers including BUPA ,AXA health and Health Assured.
